Join your MSES friends for the Welcome Reception at the City of Raleigh Museum, home of North Carolina’s capital city historical artifacts. Located in the 1874 Briggs Building in historic downtown Raleigh, MSES attendees will have the opportunity to explore the rich past of Raleigh through the museum’s exhibits, including a new permanent exhibit about the history of Dorothea Dix Park, titled From Plantation to Park: The Story of Dix Hill. The exhibit explores the long history and future of Raleigh’s newest park. The social space allows for networking and socializing. An appetizer buffet and drinks will be provided. The City of Raleigh Museum is within walking distance of all summit hotels.
